1. How long will my item take to ship? Items usually ship within 2 business days but there is circumstances that may cause shipment to take up to 1 week. Please allow up to 2 business weeks for order to arrive on your doorstep!
2. May I pick up in store? Yes. You may choose that option at checkout and we will have your item ready for store pickup within 24 hours.
3. May I return my purchase? We do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final. If you receive an item damaged, you must email firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of item delivery for return instructions. No returns or exchanges under any circumstances for in store purchases.
4. Will I be able to find an item that is in-store on the website? The web store and our physical locations carry different items to guarantee you will receive the item.
5. I ordered the wrong size. May I exchange? All sales are final. Please review size and personalization (if applicable) before you have submitted your order.
6. I placed a custom order. What can I expect? We communicate with the customer as the order progresses. Turn around time will vary and be specific to your order, meaning the turn around time listed above does not apply to custom orders. Custom designs/monograms may cause delays in the turn around time.
